To make the easiest to operate, we use 6” post-in-barrel hinges that pivot on a sleeve of aircraft ball bearings. The hinges also come with grease fittings to maintain ease of operation. 12 Gauge steel, 2” thick panels contribute to making the strongest doors in the market. Our Four-sided frame is superior to the aluminum alternates which protect from water damage to your subfloor. Our collection features historic, modern, or custom designs to fit any design aesthetic.

Yes. Park Avenue Entries has obtained FL Certification with additional High Velocity Hurricane Zone certification to work in areas such as Miami- Dade, The Keys, and hurricane prone environments.

In designing the ultimate iron door collection, Park Avenue Entries offers doors with an overall impact rated glass to assure we made the best insulated door. Certified by both Florida and Miami-dade testing (HVHZ). The fixed glass panels, with operating scrolling, eliminate water infiltration, increase light visibility, and allow for less temperature and noise infiltration. Hurricane rated upgrades are available in our Majestic Entries collection.
