Insulation

All doors, stiles and frames are filled with foam insulation to increase the r-factor and reduce sound transmission.

Glass

3/4" thick, double pane, tempered, insulated glass is standard with every door. A variety of pattern glass styles are available upon request, including 1" insulated hurricane impact glass.

PRE-HUNG

All of our doors are pre-hung--including jamb, heavy duty hinging, astragals, flush bolts, roller catches (on doors with pulls), weather stripping, and neoprene astragal weather stripping. All components are fully mortised for a flush-finished product. We bore a standard 2-1/8" hole and 2-3/8" to 2 3/4" backset.

SIZES

Our 12 gauge steel allows us to make our doors in sizes unavailable by most manufacturers. We can make operational doors up to 75" x 120" in hurricane zones and 75" x 144" (or higher with a transom) outside of Florida.

FINISHES

To assure the best finish in the market we go the extra mile. Our doors are first sandblasted to prepare the surface for our multi step paint process. We then galvanize the steel and add a zinc primer. After this we apply two coats of flat black automotive paint, apply the faux color of your choice and finish the door with a flat lacquer top coat.
