Travel and transportation cost, diagnostics cost, labor, and any and all such other costs related to repairing a non-original or non-defective part will the responsibility of the owner.

We ask you to keep in mind that exposure to natural elements and frequent use is expected to cause Park Avenue Entries, windows, and other products purchased and ordered to naturally age, otherwise known as PATINA. Any damages or changes to the products brought on by frequent use, or exposure to the elements is considered an organic process that cannot be prevented, and is not thought to be a defect that is covered by the terms and conditions. Park Avenue Entries products are hand forged and individually finished in our factory and by our manufacturer. Minor differences in these products are normal and to be expected to achieve the “hand forged” look, so this will not be considered a defect. Finishes on iron-based products can be maintained using a wiping iron cloth treated with light oil such as sewing machine or gun oil to clean the iron and give it a rejuvenated appearance. This warranty does not cover scratches or abrasions, abuse, or misuse. Any iron product exposed to below freezing climates may sweat on the interior of the door depending on the humidity level in the home. This is not considered to be a defect with the door, and will not harm the door. Finish warranty covers paint, but not labor, to finish the door.
DO NOT: PRESSURE WASH or HOSE DOWN your Park Avenue Entries door or glass. Pressure washing can damage the finish and/or glass and voids this warranty.
